  • Designed and implemented a solution that extracted data regarding packages that needed to be picked up by the carrier on that day and sent info via automatic emails to the carrier. This solution was especially focused on new vendors where carriers do not come to pick up orders.
  • Helped create reports that searched for stuck orders, which led to finding stuck orders with a net value of over 100 000, which led to the discovery of proactive changes to prevent the recurrence of such orders
