I work in an international team, coordinating daily operational tasks between local departments and our team in India. My role includes proposing new business opportunities and driving optimization of existing catchment areas to support strategic decision-making and improve efficiency across regions. I am responsible for managing various activities across departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration between teams.

The program included an overall understanding of how the retail business works. As part of this experience, I focused on analyzing and presenting data, evaluating Tesco's opportunities and threats in a competitive environment on the market. I also had the opportunity to take a look at several departments and get an overall picture.

The post was based on communication between departments. The work requires the fastest and highest quality processing of advertising orders, subsequent communication with general directors - advertisers, as well as the effort to consistently meet the graphic requirements for advertising both in Slovak and English language.

A cultural exchange program allowing students to work and travel in the USA during their summer break. I worked in several areas such as The Furries Cleaning Company, The Fox and Crow - a position as a waitress / barista and many others activities.
