As Head of Digital Innovation, I lead the strategy and execution of Blocksport’s next-generation Digital Fan Experience Platform, combining mobile fan engagement, AI-driven data infrastructure, and scalable digital monetization models.
My role focuses on expanding the product ecosystem beyond Web3, strengthening core SaaS capabilities, and accelerating innovation across SuperApp, CDP, integrations, and new revenue channels.
Key responsibilities:
• Drive the product vision and innovation roadmap across fan engagement, data analytics, digital commerce, and ecosystem integrations.
• Lead cross-functional delivery of new digital capabilities, including SuperApp features, club & sponsor monetization tools, AI-powered segmentation, streaming, wallet rails, and enterprise integrations.
• Oversee the evolution of Blocksport’s platform architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless interoperability with 50+ external systems.
• Partner with clubs, leagues, federations, telecoms, and enterprise sponsors to design digital engagement strategies that convert fan attention into measurable revenue.
• Expand the data layer and CDP capabilities, enabling actionable insights, personalized campaigns, and high-ROI sponsor activation.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, from advanced analytics to tokenized loyalty and NFT ticketing, ensuring optionality without over-relying on Web3 narratives.
• Support fundraising, strategic partnerships, and co-innovation programs with technology providers, telecoms, and infrastructure partners.
• Build and optimize internal processes around delivery, experimentation, and performance measurement across all digital touchpoints.

The platform combined marketplace mechanics (trainers publishing programs) with a computer vision–based training experience and social motivation layer.
