• My main duties were repairing radiators, oil coolers, intercoolers and custom building Copper brass radiators also custom building aluminum radiators for a variety of different applications.. absolutely loved building custom radiators for hot rods :)
• Experienced in TIG welding aluminum, soldering, silvering and brazing..
• Very experienced in custom fabrication of brackets parts or anything of the sort
• Performed routine equipment maintenance, prolonging the lifespan of tools and machinery..

My job description was to repair or rebuild leaking charge air coolers oil coolers intercoolers or radiators.. I would also make custom built radiators for a variety of different applications..

• My job requirements were traveling to customers businesses and troubleshooting/repairing broken equipment as fast as possible avoiding down time
• My job also required me to talk with customers on a regular basis after hours on troubleshooting issues.
• This position requires someone who is very cautious and meticulous on equipment as mechanics will be lifting vehicles overhead with the lift I install and inspect so I've always done my utmost to make sure all equipment was the best it could be
• Explained diagnostic findings to customers and outlined repair or service options.
• Installed new equipment and explained operation and routine maintenance protocols to customers.
• Diagnosed and troubleshot problems, repairing, and restoring machines to peak performance.

This job required me going to customers shops to inspect and service lifts, Tire changers, wheel balancers, wheel alignment machines in the automotive industry.. I was required to diagnose and successfully repair many different brands of equipment and making sure safe operation and adequate training was provided..

• This job required me to work with soft solder silver solder aluminum welding with torch and brazing all different materials
• Very experienced with fabricating custom brackets parts or anything needed as this job required me to make custom radiators for all kinds of vehicles
