• Researched, analyzed and resolved Customer’s inquiries (300 accounts/customers/ISVs/Resellers from different countries in EMEA region) and payment blockers

• Participated in expansion of self-service functionality in order to improve vendor experience and reduced manual processes
• Educated vendors for compliant XML formats of e-invoices and decreased monthly rate of incompliant invoices from 18% to 7%
• Defined and owned monthly business metrics and KPIs for invoicing processes and reported to finance and retail business directors
