Managing customer's BTP Global Account. Administering and monitoring SAP BTP services, including subaccounts, database management, application services, and integration tools, ensuring optimal platform performance and availability. Implement and configure SAP BTP solutions according to business requirements, enabling integration with other SAP and third-party applications. Maintain platform security by configuring roles, permissions, and ensuring data protection measures comply with company policies and regulations. Integrate SAP BTP with other cloud and on-premise systems via SAP Cloud Connector, ensuring smooth data flows and interoperability.
Perform, coordinate and improve most complex activities (3rd level environment) needed to improve IT services and the supporting infrastructure in order to fulfill relevant KPI's. Plan, implement and maintain a stable technical infrastructure to support organization's business processes. Identify weaknesses in used processes and eliminate them following industry and internal standards.
Network team for dedicated customer. Maintaining whole customer network including WAN, LAN, VPN, load balancers, firewalls, wireless and voice 24/7Working mainly with devices from vendors Cisco, Palo Alto, F5. We managed migrations, installations of new equipment, sites, decommission and move. Resolving incidents and fulfill customer requests as daily tasks in ServiceNow or HP Service manager.
