I am an HR transformation and process excellence leader with 10+ years of experience helping global organizations improve how HR operates through process design, analytics, governance, and technology enablement.
My background sits at the intersection of HR, operations, and technology. I have led multi-year roadmaps, process improvement initiatives, KPI and reporting practices, and cross-functional delivery across People teams, IT, and business stakeholders. At the same time, I bring hands-on experience with HR technology, integrations, and system design, which allows me to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions rather than stopping at strategy alone.
At ESET, I led People Information Systems & Operations with responsibility for aligning HR priorities with process design, automation, governance, and service delivery. My work included driving process optimization, enabling adoption of new tools and ways of working, strengthening KPI-based management, and supporting global HR operations through structured and scalable solutions.
A key part of my experience has always been combining strategic thinking with technical depth. I have worked extensively with Workday and related technologies, including integrations, business process and system design, and collaboration across functional and technical teams. That hands-on foundation helps me bridge the gap between business vision and execution, and to lead transformation in a way that is both ambitious and realistic.
Earlier in my career, I built a strong foundation in HR operations, reporting, and service delivery at Lenovo, where I owned global reporting, KPI analysis, and process improvement work in an international environment. Across roles, I have combined systems thinking, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder partnership, and technology understanding to help HR functions operate more effectively and at greater scale.
I am motivated by opportunities where strategy, process excellence, data, and technology come together to create better employee and business outcomes.
