• Preparing contracts and other legal documents
• Representing the municipality with the third parties
• Working for Internally Displaced people from South Ossetia living in several IDP settlements
• Defending municipality interests at the court

• Working with vulnerable groups of young people in a region of Telsiai in Lithuania
• Organizing and providing several non-formal educational activities for the youth from risky and poor families who do not have any opportunities for education and non-formal activities
• Writing relevant projects and offering activities in order to reach passive, non-organized young people, at the same time to pull them from the negative impact of the street and give them assistance
• Working with aggressive youth, people having conflicts with each other and solving conflicts between them as well as doing labor mediation with colleagues

• Writing proposals and implementation of youth and volunteer projects
• Conduct regular weekly activities with IDP and local youth club: training, excursions and trips, competitions
• Networking with NGOs working on the same issues in Georgia and abroad
• Organize and lead youth and volunteerism clubs
• Prepare program report in English and Georgian on monthly basis
• Cooperating with US Embassy and implementing a Youth leadership yearlong program (Funded by US Embassy with a budget 14 000 $) to educate local population on healthy lifestyles, while also developing youth leadership skills and independent action in four different IDP settlements (Koda, Tsintskaro, Tsalka and Tetritskaro)
