I am 18 years old and hardworking. Currently working doing yard / renovations for my boss’s rentals houses and oilfield jobs.
Grew up on an acreage and was taught to work hard. Was homeschooled which left me with a lot of free time to be outside. Helped on my neighbour’s acreage carrying out physical tasks for them. Im creative and curious and always willing to learn new skills.
Im into welding and fabrication and mechanics. (Doing work on my truck such as replacing the engine, dropping the transmission three times, etc).
First real job was roofing for a summer but the next year was slow with the weather so I started looking for something else. (I still roof occasionally along with my boss’s brother who also does roofing). Found a job doing yard work in early 2024 while i continued to roof that summer before fully transitioning over to the current job I have now. Had my first aid/cpr and got my h2s so I could work in the oilfield.
Looking to find a job on a farm hopefully for seeding and get trained to do that and get some experience. Work the summer in the oilfield again and find full time on a farm after that. (My boss is relying on me so I don’t want to leave quite yet)
