Managed crews working on various mining projects both underground and surface. Responsibilities included managing crews working in a 24/7 schedule, coordinating with clients to provide seamless execution of projects for an on time and high quality turn over, assisting with quality control tasks and documents, ordering and managing material all while ensuring safety was the top priority.

Projects Completed in this role include

Mosaic K2 Hydrofloat E-house backbone, including the install of 15KV parallel feeds, placing and terminating a 2500KVA transformer and 1600A switchgear.

Mosaic K3 Underground conveyors, over 20 conveyors constructed ranging in length from 2500 feet to 9000 feet, including install of and testing of incoming 15KV cables and equipment, fiber optic cables, drive components and emergency stops.

Mosaic K3 Underground Remote Substations, Install of two remote substations providing 15KV power. including layout design of electrical sleds and both incoming and outgoing cables.

Mosaic K3 Underground Storage Bins, Install of one coarse ore and one surge ore bin, including install and tting of incoming 15KV power, Fiber optics, install of outgoing power cables, sensing devices and safety devices.

Mosaic K3 Shaft Feeds #5 and #6, Install of two 15KV cables from 15KV switchgear on surface to the main underground substation, including coordination between client's operation, subcontractors and tasks, testing and first energization.

Mosaic K3 Hoist Drive Motor Transformers, Removal and re install of 4 25000KVA transformers on the upper levels of the north and south headframes, includes install and testing of 5KV cables, hoisting of transfomers to the top floor of headframes and controls install.

Mosaic K3 Underground Conveyors, a total of 15 conveyors installed including the install and testing of incoming 15KV cables, fiber optic cables, outgoing power cables and emergency stops

Mosaic K3 Storage Bin, install of one coarse ore and one surge bin, including the install and testing of incoming 5KV cables, fiber optic cables, outgoing power cables, sensing devices and safety device.

Mosaic K3 Main Underground Substation, Install of incoming and outgoing 15KV cables, fiber optic cables and low voltage controls.

Mosaic K3 Underground WIFI (MST), Install of fiber optic cables, programming, install and troubleshooting of wifi devices.

Mosaic K3 Underground Maintenance, Troubleshooting, PMs and maintenance of various underground equipment, including 4 rotor miners, drum miners, distribution cables and sleds, conveyors and communication devices.

Mosaic K3-K2 Overland Conveyor, Install of cable tray, install and terminations of low voltage cables.

Various Pipeline and SAGD oil facilities, installing cable tray, install and terminations of low voltage cables, Install of safety seals in hazardous locations, MCC installs and terminations.
