I work in this company as a technical support agent for
customers living in the United States. My job consist of troubleshooting internet, home phone and television issues remotely. I acquired the knowledge to work with various databases, softwares and at the same time developed the ability to multitask. I learned to work independently and acquired the ability to actively search for solutions to problems and provide the best customer service.
I was a production operator at this company where as a team member. I worked with leather used for car upholstery. Here I learned to work in night shifts, and I was also used as an interpreter for the foreign coworkers which was really appreciated by my employer.
Here I worked as cashier at a supermarket. My job consisted mainly of communication with the customers, where I learned the importance of customer services, which is part of our everyday life. Here I operated cash register for cash and credit card transactions with excellent accuracy levels.
