I managed the North location, but was quickly moved to our busiest location in the East

• Making sure deadlines are met through our corporate head office
• Running reports based off our previous years sales, then ordering accordingly forecasting appropriate sales for the following season
• Working closely with my management team under me, training them on how to improve everyday offering positive criticism
• Ensuring the store is following corporate policies

• Working with the franchise owner in the day to day running of the business
• Ordering product weekly, ensuring we are ordering to have enough stock based of previous sales
• Hiring employees, interviewing and training the new hires
• Bank deposits, going to the bank to deposit the previous days cash sales
• Making of the schedule, working around the teams personal schedules

• Managing staff, ensuring that the daily clean checklist was being done throughout the day
• Filling out and sending our daily, and financial paperwork into head office
• Processing refunds, based on our store policies
• Diffusing upset customers, and working through ways to help them get what they want by still following store policies

• Welcoming customers into the store, assisting them making sure they are finding what they are looking for or offering the next best match
• Working a cash register, being responsible for matching totals, ensuring the right amount is being entered into the till
• Stocking bulk items, consisting of proper rotation of the barrel liner ensuring the products stay fresh
