  • Supporting HPServer Automation (HPSA) tool: solving all types of technical issues: networking (mostly wrong port and tunnel setup) between Server Automation servers and customer's servers, unexpected offline core servers, both Windows and UX, wrong use of Server Automation by sysadmins as misconfiguration of environment, or missing crucial steps in patching setup: guidance and online walk-through type of work.
  • Providing regular updates to delivery leads in case of critical impact on Service Level Agreement, and keeping Automation team managers and engineering/implementaton team updated.
  • Gathering information for HPSA tool functionality improvement requested by users and providing them to development team.
  • Increased system efficiency by conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting, especially over the weekends, when patching of 5000+ servers was in progress.
  • Reduced downtime with proactive system monitoring.

  • Creation of Pilot business case (PILOT PHASE) between HP Slovakia and E-GLUE company: based on my past experience as a support agent on both 1st and 2nd levels as well as TQL (Technical Quality Lead) I have prepared business case for development of the desktop automation tool called EGLUE. I have defined the logic of EGLUE and captured all necessary specific processes to include within the tool for use of RMC Slovakia.
  • I have presented the EGLUE automation idea to top-management in RMC Slovakia, and later for Global management for further consideration to use world-wide.
  • I have assisted EGLUE company developers with developing of the tool flows remotly in any way that was necessary so that the roadmap and project timeline was met.
  • I have involved 3rd level engineers to work with EGLUE developers, scheduled regular meetings and achieved seamless communication with stakeholders through regular status updates and feedback sessions. These meetings were setup mostly to answer the difficult technical questions or possible developing obstacles thatrequired engineering level of expertise.
  • I have tested the developed solution and compared it to the business case expectations. Once done I have provided all the findings to both, HP and EGLUE management so that we could move to next phase of the project.
  • In 2011 PILOT TO PRODUCTION PHASE started as the pilot business case has been approved and extended to EGLUE DESKTOP AUTOMATION LIVE PROJECT business case.
  • In this phase I have helped with EGLUE server installations, I was trained in EGLUE developing tool to be able to handle and correct the real-time flows unattended.
  • I have prepared the training material of EGLUE use for support agents and I have trained agents in Costa-Rica (required business trip), Bulgaria, Malaysia, and Slovakia
  • I have been in touch with all the RMCs on a daily bases collecting feedbacks and adjusting the flows accordingly. In this phase EGLUE tool has gone world-wide and adjustments were necessary for each RMC, as the day to day routine of handling the tickets was (not much) but still different from region to region.
  • I have done housekeeping of users in EGLUE SQL databse.
  • I have started to learn to work with EGLUE designer tool and to develop new solutions with assistance of EGLUE designers.

In 2022-2024 I have been studying theology at Charles University in Prague, the Faculty of Hussite Theology. I have interrupted the studies due to lack of time to finish, although I was already in the last year of studies. This was a distance learning type of studies. I have a big interest in psychology. During last 15 years I have been studying lots of works by C.G.Jung, V.E.Frankl, E.Fromm and others.
