I was hired to develop luxury product of penthouse flats in project Sky Park and then sale it. Currently I'm manager of one phase of project Bory - Nádvorie, and also part in early stages of other projects: Bory phases, Southbank, Vajnorská and Medze.


I'm involved in all stages of residential real estate projects, especially in preparation phases where I use detailed and creative view.


Pre-sale phase specialist in:

  • Commenting documentation from the early stage of project (% mix of apartments, project brief for architects, floor plans) with strong sense and focus on clients needs, coordinating design of landscape, strongly participing in vendor selection of standards (standard materials inside the flats and selecting exact product in each level of standards), involved in process of creation of visualizations, manuals, contracts and all the documents necessary for the sale.
  • Creating price lists of flats with analyzing competitors pricing.
  • Responsible for VR project (creating assignments, mood-boards, checking all the accuracy of the created VR according to the construction documentation, also responsible for creation of configurator (shopping basket of standards), supplier selection.


Sales phase:

  • Creating strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Meeting with clients and closing sales deals using strong persuasion skills and knowledge of the product.
  • Execution of the tender for the selection of a supplier of kitchen units and furniture for apartments as one of my initiatives.


Exit and handover phase:

  • Law education helps me on daily basis in regular explanation of the terms of the contracts to clients and also in the exit phase where I prepare all sales purchase contracts and conclude it with clients.
  • In this phase of project I am responsible for whole setting processes and communications, plus partially responsible for coordinations with banks, cadaster and construction site.
