• I've founded a subsidiary of Austrian IT vendor linkthat.
• From hiring, trough administration to leading the team, as the team was in size of 5-10 members, I took care of all managerial activities.
• Worked most of the time as a part time manager, as my main occupation was celum

• In last 3 years I took over a role of manager for AI subsidiary, taking care of backlog, collecting ideas from the management and drafting the solution and prototypes.
• It was a challenging task, because I took chance to be involved in the research as well, on the other hand I had a chance to learn how to drive an AI project.

As a PO:

• Owned and prioritized product backlog.
• Managed implementation of new features by outlining plans and specifications such as how, where and when each component would work.
• Converted project specifications into drawings and other materials that would be used to create product.
• Brainstormed with peers and other members of design team to determine enhancements and product features.

• Designed, developed and implemented software applications for website based on analyzed requirements and understanding of industry technical standards.
• Reviewed code and debugged errors to improve performance.
• Reworked application to bring it to newer platform
