At Arby's i had the opportunity to step into a leadership role when my General Manager went on parental leave, which required me to take full responsibility for operations in a short time frame. This experience has enhanced my ability to quickly adapt to new tasks in high pressure and has greatly increased my confidence in my abilities to take on bigger responsibilities. Additionally through my experience at Tumblers and Arby's i got to experience and learn how to deal with conflicts in the workplace with staff and customers.
