My role within the AP department in the Received But Not Invoiced (RBNI) team is based around investigating and resolving invoice processing-related issues. My responsibility is to make sure the vendors' invoices get correctly processed in Amazon's system via combination of analytical root cause investigations and communication/cooperation with the vendors directly.

I acted as the first line of defense against money laundering and terrorist financing by performing non-financial risk assessments of customers to identify the types of business they are engaged in to determine whether these types of activities are suspicious and expose the bank to potential financial loss or reputation risk.

Took parting in assisting production on sets for two advertisements of locally known companies. I was in charge of delivery and allocation of props throughout the shooting days.

I was responsible mainly for managing contacts received within the Amazon Trouble ticketing tool. The scope of my role was to resolve issues and answer inquiries received in a timely and professional manner.

My role consisted of assisting the coaches while they are teaching classes and substituting them in coaching beginners Kickboxing and MMA classes.
