• Leading and organizing Events board meeting for leadership.
• Participation on creation of company sales budget and creating the trade plans to follow the budget targets.
• Daily, Weekly, Periodically review of sales performance, providing feedback to leadership.
• Creation of Trade Master plan, maintaining and organizing natural working teams to apply plans.
• Planning of Leaflet, determining exact events to be communicated there.
• Ensuring CE trade plans are relevant at local level and reflect local customer preferences.
• Leading and organizing CE trade planning meetings to manage upcoming trade operations and action plans.
• As a part of of leadership trade planning governance, taking decisions for all trade activities.

• Setting of trade driving activities to allow to company to win at key periods of the year.
• Leading and managing capabilities of local price teams in Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia to ensure the policy targets are delivered and the routines as well as ad hoc analysis are completed.

• Setting of new rules, forecasting and evaluation of their impact on business, training of buying team.
