Operations leader of the entire ministry of finance with 800+ employees and 14 subordinate organizations, with a total number of over 12,000 employees. Controlling an annual budget of approximately 400 million euro and represents the Ministry within the scope of its competence or on the basis of the minister's authorization.

Served as the Head of the Office of Minister of Finance. Responsibilities included coordination of legislation process, public affairs, complains and external communication department.

Preparation of materials for the parliament, coordination of task assigned within the organization, parliament and government meetings. Overall, in charge of three departments serving directly to the minister with total of 20 employees.

Marketing campaigns with over 20 contractors. Executed large campaigns in Bratislava region and individual events in various cities in Slovakia. Main services included market research on the streets and communication activities.

Book publishing and marketing services, individual consulting for clients and social media management during maternity leave.

Internal management of investment projects. Analysis of the complete 10 year forecast of financial feasibility. For approved projects, coordination of operational components, including accounting control. Preparation and consultation of business strategy with clients and overview of project implementation. Consulting also in the field of marketing activities.

Preparation of quarterly and monthly cost reports, controlling accounting closing activities of several regions. Analysis of system errors and manual correction. Data presentation to CFO´s of given region and budgeting.

Financial analysis of compensation plans for managers and executives in European union region. Preparation of monthly compensation plans and its presentations.

Solving critical situations in correlation to product quality for multinational client companies within EU and Middle East. Leading negotiations to prevent lawsuits and manage the engineering repair process of worldwide departments in order to define and implement the most effective solution for both parties.
