  • I was producing tools for CNC Press Brake machines on a HELLER MCH 4-Axis horizontal CNC machine
  • The Hellers were used for the roughing process
  • After that the tools were transferred to the CNC grinding machines
  • After the key surface points were ready, The HELLER operators used a Circular Saw to cut the tool into 12-14 different sized pieces depending on the type of the tool
  • These were my main tasks as the operator of the machine (not counting the 2 hours of weekly maintenance work)
  • Occasionally, when we were ahead of the schedule, we used the HELLER machines to produce parts that were supposed to be produced by other Milling Machines in the area
