Firstly, I was recruited to develop luxury product of penthouse flats in project Sky Park and then sale it.
Currently I manage multiple projects in the preparatory phase, mainly Bory - Nádvorie, Southbank, Vajnorská and Medze, and I oversee sales for the higher middle segment project, Residency Pri Mýte.
During the pre-sale phase, I specialize in:
· Reviewing project documentation from its inception (e.g. % apartment mix, project briefs, floor plans) with a sharp focus on clients needs.
· Coordinating landscape design and actively participating in vendor selection of standards (choosing standard materials inside the flats and selecting levels of standard).
· Involved in the process of creation of visualizations, manuals, contracts and all the documents necessary for successful sale.
· Developing pricing strategies by analyzing competitors' pricing and creating price lists for flats.
· Leading VR projects and managing the creation of configuration for standard selection (shopping basket of standards).
Sales phase:
· Creating strategies to increase sales and profitability.
